Below is an animated .gif image of the same eye. However the .gif conversion does not look as good as the javascript version at the link above. But hey its still cool.

Not long at all. There is a quick and easy way to do it.
Basically, I took the sample image...
...opened the image in Gimp...
http://www.gimp.org/
(or you could use photoshop if you have it)
...used the Layers toolbar to separate the eye's 6 layers into 6 individual images.
Then I went to http://www.text-image.com/convert/ascii.html
and converted the 6 images into ascii images...
then used http://asciimator.net/asciimator to convert the images into an animated javacript and .gif image. _________________ Chewie get us out of here! |
