As far as the Hunter goes, it is a percentage that goes up with each level. However, some monsters have a negative modifier on that percentage, so yes- the difficulty of the monster does have an effect on the crit rate. Don't worry though, just keep leveling up your hunter and soon it won't matter ...

They're all about the same..

However, some classes can't use a halberd, so give them the sword.
Some can't use axes, etc.

The space bar also works for a manual scroll. In the 99x4 berserkers encounter, the fastest speed sometimes doesn't seem like fast enough.

How can I regenerate spell points faster?
I am using my bard's Rhyme of Duotime song, but it's working only outside and daytime.
Any tip?

Duotime should work regardless of where/when you are. It will speed up your regen since it stacks with daylight regen.

There's also a caster in lvl3 of the dark domain(whose name escapes me), that will constantly summon wolves. This helps in getting your low level casters up to at least sorceror levels.
