Re: Bt Builder
https://i.postimg.cc/0jQncjn9/High-Demon-i-Clone-Test.png Another iClone test. The textures look bad, 'cos iClone doesn't support ORM. Either way, it's looking good across all software. Have the Tileset Template done for Maya, iClone, Daz and in FBX format (Y-Up and Z-Up, sold separately), as well ...

Re: Bt Builder
https://i.postimg.cc/y8j2ZDjL/BTBuilder-Camera-Test.png Camera Tests are done - they're all cross compatible with Daz, Maya and iClone. The Animation you see was done using iClone, the Tileset in Daz Studio. I'll be releasing the first bits of the Tileset Construction Kit shortly. You'll be able to...

Re: Bt Builder
I was working on wandering monster specials and had an epiphany when it came to the UI, so I tried it out and really like it. Very minimalist and it works rather well. https://i.postimg.cc/k4vGXM6q/BTBuilder-V3.png Horned Warrior https://i.postimg.cc/y6rBhSz2/BTBuilder-V3-1.png Ogre Dulsi, are you s...

Re: Bt Builder
https://i.postimg.cc/wx13r5yy/BT-Map-Edit.png Fixed the MapEdit to work within the confines of BTBuilder. Map Size is 21X x 30Y. The coordinates can handle up to a 100x100 grid (0-99) before breaking the coordinates - they won't display at 100 or higher, due to space limitations. https://i.postimg....

Re: Bt Builder
Patched BTBuilder to be Long Access Aware. Can now breach the 2GB barrier. Sadly, will only work with the Windows version, but that's the original City Tileset in full.

Re: Continuation of my C64 BTII work
Get me a link of stuff to be archived and I'll repost it, ASAP. If you're not healthy enough to sort it, D, just say so and I'll add it to my to-do list. Hope all is well with you in the Great White North.
Castaway
Aiden finished his first game, in his game dev class, using Unreal, so I thought I'd post it. It's still a beta, but I went ahead and compiled it for him, so he could give to his friends. The synopsis is you're the sole survivor of a shipwreck and you have to collect food (coconuts) and water to sur...

Re: Bt Builder
Off topic, but I thought everyone could use something good. A screenshot of kiddo's first game project, in unreal. The character model was built by me in Character Creator and I did all the animation blueprinting, but the rest of the work, sans the untextured shipwreck is all his. I was thinking he ...

Re: Continuation of my C64 BTII work
Well. Renal failure sucks. And so does having scalp psoriasis. Any suggestions for posting the things online? Things are a bit scattered across my hard drive; I have notes on things and notes that are on notes of things and so on.... Doc told my wife to use Head & Shoulders for her scalp psoria...

Re: Bt Builder
Helping kiddo setup the animation blueprint in Unreal, for his game dev class. I have more experience with Unity, so it's a little slow going. I was doing some shader tests for ghosts. It's closer to the original one I was using. I may break down and just make my own. https://i.postimg.cc/9QdNDqh9/L...

Re: Bt Builder
https://i.postimg.cc/x1xK5CkS/Layer-1.png I got the grid working for the horizons. Had to use a new script, but this one also allows me to instance mesh lights, solving my interior lighting problem. Obviously, this wouldn't do for a map, but the 3d renders look way better than the 2d ones. I'm goin...

Re: Continuation of my C64 BTII work
Would anyone be interested in picking up on my project for trying to make a Bard's Tale II-driven game maker for the C64? I simply don't have the endurance to continue, but I would hate to see all that work wasted. Let me know. Post it online, D. I'll archive it for future use. Hope you're doing we...

https://i.postimg.cc/zvtTtCzt/BTBuilder-Transparency-Test-2.png Another sprite transparency test. I took the Behemoth demon and slapped a monster walk cycle I had already converted when I was testing my workflow, throwing it in the orc slot. The lights are the same ones I was using for my test rend...

https://i.postimg.cc/76BQBbBY/BTBuilder-Transparency-Test.png Transparency Test for a sprite. I got a new rig for Father's Day. Been spending the majority of the time working on my son's homeschooling and his Game dev class, but had a chance to really burn-in test Unicron. This screen is from an 83...
