New release is out.
Save bonus spells now work on monsters. Damage spell can now adjust the save difficulty. Higher is harder to save against and the default is twenty. Durations can now be use defined. Monsters in the party but not in the guild are saved in the save file.

Another thing that could be potentially useful is "apply effect after a delay of X rounds." Why, you ask? Well, as is there's really no way to implement a magical status effect that ends after a given duration - you hit a monster (or PC) with a paralyze effect with a "short" dur...

The executable is missing from the 0.5.16 version on the windows build. Gah! That's what I get for rushing out a release. Apparently this was the first release after my hard drive crashed. Put out a new release of btbuilder. It probably has the same bugs. The main reason for the release is fedora 28. btbuilder started failing in rawhide, the development build for fedora 28.
