Why is it that whenever you microwave a TV dinner, the potatoes are STILL COLD?? :x

Microwaves mainly heat up the water content. Apparently, potatoes are quite difficult to heat up through microwave.

Oh, those godawful microwaveable mashed potatoes? That's because they have a LOT of ice content mixed in when they're frozen.
