Hiya all,
Well I've finally completed BTII after a few years' hiatus & I've started into BTIII. I have been using an ancient set of CDs from a gaming pack called 'The Ultimate RPG Archives' & I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the PC version of BTIII. I've also tried the Amiga version which has the same annoyances, mainly the lack of a decent SOSI spell in the dungeons. 'There is a trap near' is the generic message for all specials, ills & it repeats when you turn on the square. If this problem resolves after the starter dungeon, then please let me know & I'll battle on.
Anyway, after reading that the IIGS versions were the best in terms of graphics & playability, I was after a copy of the IIGS version of BTIII. Anyone know where I can find one? I've searched & have yet to find one.
