1968 Plymouth Barracuda

Post by Darendor »

I figure if I ever get the money to do this, I'll get me a 1968 Plymouth Barracuda and restore it.

I'll put a 340cc 5.6L engine in it, automatic 4 speed transmission with an AWD transfer case, raise the suspension, put all wheel disc brakes in and paint it jet black.

Yeah.

That'd be sweet!!! Then you could hunt down the Tall Man and his Dwarves, all while dodging flying silver christmas ornaments. I suppose you'd have to let your kid brother drive it once in a while...You know, when your busy shooting off rounds into the the Tall Man's Hearse.

You've never seen the Phantasm movies? There's an awesome Plymouth 'Cuda they drive around in all 4 of the movies.
It's not a '68 though. Pretty sure it's a '71

Holy goddamn I am jealous. I just don't have the skill or the desire to restore a car like that; I drive a crappo 1994 Nissan Maxima with intermittent electrical problems. :p

But *thumbs up* to the Barracuda!

Try checking the grounds on your electrical wires. My car's blinkers and taillights refused to blink (just came on solid) because the ground in the trunk came undone.
