Cannot get into Mangar Level 5 - Can't seem to APAR +1 Level from Level 4 when under the portal.....

What file(s) can I edit with the APAR changes here?

$0413 = PHDO
$040A - $0411 = APAR; FF = APAR disabled; 00 = APAR enabled

Simply cast LEVI/MALE and use the command key to ascend the portal...
