Just Noticed...

Post by caars »

Interesting. So it looks like when your posts - or a thread your posts are in - is deleted your post count resets to reflect the correct (adjusted) number.

I was actually wondering earlier today what percentage of my posts were actually outside of the BTCS forum. My mental math put the estimate at about 20%, and it looks like I was right (or awfully close).

12 (as of before this post) /64 = .1875; 18.75% outside of the BT Builder thread.

Well ... I suppose I should say ~19% *was* outside of the thread. Now, by definition, it's 100%.

Don't feel bad. I have a whopping TWO posts on the forums now, over the past 5 years.

It's a conspiracy, I tell you.

Nah. I don't feel bad. They're just forum posts - post count is a meaningless thing anyway. I just tend to be curious about figuring out the specifics of how stuff works. I've never had a bunch of my posts deleted, and so I've never had a 'test' of whether or not that affects post count.

Incidentally, it also recalculates percentage of total and average per day.
