experience and others

Hello.
Since these are the English created using the automatic translation tool, a meaning may not be transmitted correctly.
I started BT3 and cleared three Qwest.
However, there are some questions about future.

1. Although it is written to Walkthrough whether LV(s) (HP, SP, ST, IQ, etc.) of a character are finally as required as which, isn't there any method of improving efficiently?
(It is for example, like the berserker of BT1, or the summons monster of BT2)

2. Even if a character improves, neither IQ nor CN increases in many cases.
(LK and DX go up frequently.)
Is this accidental?
A difference was not looked at by the tendency even if tried how many times.

3. Isn't there any place which can stock an item in somewhere?
For the moment, a character is created too much and it corresponds.

1) You're looking for a place to grind out experience, yes? If so, no, there's nothing like the 396 berzerkers in BT1. However, once you beat Brilhasti Ap Tarj you'll get a massive experience bonus, so your aim should be to do that as quickly as possible.

2) That sounds like a bug. Which version are you playing? (PC, Commodore 64, Apple II, etc?)

3) I'm not sure what you're asking here, I'm afraid. Are you looking for somewhere to buy items, perhaps? If so, there's no shop, but the storage building straight ahead when you walk into Skara Brae contains a lot of equipment to get you started.

Hope this helps! Do let us know if there's anything else you want to know :)

Thank you for giving a reply so early.
Since a meaning is not easily transmitted in my English, it writes more simply.

1. Experience
When seeing the decisive battle with Tarjan by Youtube, HP and SP of the character were 999.
Is it 999 necessity in order to win by battle of the last?
(According to Walkthrough, it is written that less than 1000 are risky.)
I think that it is serious to raise Lv .

2.bug
In fact, I am playing PC-9801(old Japanese PC)version.
Although there is no telling whether to be bug or not, I play as it is.

3.item
Since the quantity of the item which a character can have has a limitation, can't it be kept to somewhere?

Hello Mayuyu,

1. I don't know, Darendor here in the forums is a specialist in game play.

2. So you are playing the MS-DOS version of the game?

3. You are looking for a bank or storehouse to "park" items?

Ah, OK, yes, I think I understand.

1) It's been a long time since I finished BT3, but I don't remember ever really needing to grind out levels. There's so much combat anyway that I think by the time you get to Tarjan you should have a strong enough party to defeat him.

2) No idea on this, I'm afraid.

3) If you're looking for somewhere to store excess items, the warehouse I mentioned in Skara Brae is perfect for this. It's straight ahead when you walk through the city gates.

I'm sorry, but I'm afraid that his posts aren't coherent enough for me to understand what he's asking. :?

you are various -- thank you.
Although it was a severe battle, TARJAN was pushed down at last.
The battle of the last was the severest through series.

PC9801 version had many phenomena of seeming Bug,
and suffered troubles very much.
It seems that the random number is being fixed.
For example, only in about a specific item,
it obtains and does not obtain an item needed.
For this reason, AC seldom falls or offensive strength is not improved.
Moreover, harmonic JEM is not found, either.
IQ or CN of a character do not go up.

I would like to play by C64 version shortly.

So you beat Tarjan? Congratulations! The DOS version is pretty buggy, and it sounds like the version you were playing was even worse. I would definitely recommend the C64 version - it's way better :)

I have had some problems with the random number generator, but it turns out it was a problem with the DOS emulator I was using. I have tried more than one DOS emulator. When I actually created a DOS boot disk and ran my computer with actual DOS, the problem went away.
