Brothers Figurine

Post by Marco »

In the Apple IIe version, the Brothers Figurine summons a Wolf, not a Kringle Bro'. Obviously, a mistake. In the PC version, the Brothers Figurine works properly. Can anyone tell me how the figurine works in the c64 and Amiga versions? I've never played the Amiga version, and on the c64, I don't have any characters high enough in level to go hunting for a Brothers Figurine (in fact, I don't even remember which levels it shows up in, but I assume it's late in the game).

Well...

On the C64 version, when you use it out of combat, it asks which party member to use it on, then...it summons a Wolf.

Ah, so it works properly in combat?

I don't think it ever occurred to me to try it in a fight. I'll have to go back and try it out on the PC and Apple IIe.

I wouldn't say it works properly, considering it seems programmed to invoke INWO instead of BRKR.

I didn't think to try it in combat. :?
