WinVICE??

So my copy of WinVICE disappeared from my computer somehow. 
I went to redownload it, but there's no X64.EXE or anything to start it up, so I'm more than a bit confused.
Mildly infuriating is all my work on my BTII custom game builder thing also evaporated.
Anyone know the secret to getting WinVICE up and running?
