Remove Popup for Discussion Board

Remove the popup for the discussion board. I've been thinking of posting information about BTCS here to try to encourage discussion but I really dislike the popup window. I'd rather have the link just open the forum in the current page. People would lose the navigation links but could right-click to open in a new tab/window if needed.
