BTCS for 8 Bit - Poll

Post by Darendor »

Alright, so I've been slaving like a lunatic for, what, a few weeks on getting a prototype dungeon editor that one day might form the framework for a Bard's Tale Construction Set for the retro-8bit computing scene.

I've given myself some headaches and spent a lot of my free time investing in this and before I type one more byte towards this goal, I want to know if there's even an INTEREST in this.

So, like, vote in the poll.

Count me in!
And I bet some of my fellow c64 loonies would hump your leg for this, too.

Are you trying to talk him into it, or out of it.

It's a good thing I don't know what any of you look like, because otherwise this thread might conjure up some images that I'll need a lot of therapy to get them out of my head.

But, yes, I'd like to see an 8-bit BTCS. I've been turning over in my little project over in my head. I want to create a new version of Bards Tale I that includes some of the stuff from the NES version. It has a lot of messages and encounters that I thought were neat ideas, and would like to see together with the stuff we are more familiar with.

Don't know how interested other people would be in something like this, though. About a year ago I posted something about the NES version over in that section of the forums, and as you might have noticed, it's really hopping with activity over there. :?

Stop, or I leave and take my 8BBK source code with me. :?
