Will it run?

I have a Mac with operating OS X ver. 10.5.6. I was wondering which ones would play on this machine and how do I install them? I sure hope that it works. This was my favorite game when I was younger and even today it is my favorite. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm afraid that none of the versions available will run natively on Max OSX. The solution in this case is probably to either choose a version which you concider playing and run it through an emulator - or simply download Dosbox which will allow you to play classic PC-games (such as the Bard's Tale series) on the Mac.
