How much does it cost to replace the gas tank on a car? Mine has a leak. :?

Umm... uh... I would recommend that you have your car *towed* to a dealer in order to get a quote. After emptying out all the gas safely in a place where children can't reach ti.

Dude. That sucks. :(

I used to have an LTD Crown Victoria and the woman I bought it from got clipped like $700 for a gas tank swapout. So yeah, you'd wanna do it yourself if you possibly can :?

The tank has since been replaced. :?


The latest issue now is that one of my upper control arms is shot and needs replacement. Something about me suddenly losing control of the vehicle (at least that's the note my mechanic left me when I finally regained consciousness after he knocked me out and stole the ignition key).
