I keep producing excess stomach acid.

Nah, you only

a) smoke too much
b) drink too much coffee/tea/alcohol
c) are overweighted
d) have too few sport
e) eat too much/fat

Or, maybe, you really just dying... J/K

I don't smoke, I'm 185lbs at 6', I only drink coffee when it's offered to me, and I dunno about the rest.

Is there a doctor in the house?
