You might want to try Gridmapper.

And here a quick tutorial for it.

The only drawback with this is, that you cannot paint 1-sided walls. For those you needed to edit the map later with a gfx program.

Hi Dulsi, I was talking about making editors to create standard formats for maps, events, characters, spells, items, monsters etc. to be used by other engines. Since I badly lack free time since then and since I didn't receive any usable feedback I gave up on that project. Actually I am thinking (an...

Hello Mayuyu,

1. I don't know, Darendor here in the forums is a specialist in game play.

2. So you are playing the MS-DOS version of the game?

3. You are looking for a bank or storehouse to "park" items?

If you like to compare the versions, you can download the disks from the files section here.

You will find several emulators for an Apple IIGS in the web, for example here or better still, in this place.

For BT1 on the CBM64 the chance for degradable items is 1/64 per use. It can last forever or vanish on first use, depending on your luck for that 1 in 64 chance.

Its easy to make a server proggy to host game clients, in particular for round based games. To do that we needed a full disassembly for ALL functions and values the game uses, then we could write a small client, a script system for the campaigns and a server process. I helped massively built up 2 lo...
